We have a reputation for looking after our candidates and best represent them. We are continuously looking to broaden our candidate pool and we generously reward those who refer IT professionals to us.
Our rewards are generous and much above what other recruitment companies are offering.
If you refer a candidate for a permanent or contract role, you will receive the reward after the candidate has completed his probation period if in a permanent role, or after the completion of 60 days worked on a contract position.
You can choose one of the following rewards:
- £1000 cash (gross)
- £1000 Apple voucher
- £1000 John Lewis voucher
If you refer to us a candidate that is in a contract role and wishes to change the agency that represents him/her or wishes to change the employment status, you will receive a reward of £800 after the completion of 60 days work for a contract of minimum 3 months.
If you refer to us a hiring manager, that we have not been in contact with previously, you will receive £750 for every permanent placement that we make with him/her, after the candidate passes the probation period and £500 for every contract placement, after the candidate completes 60 days of work for a contract of minimum 3 months. We will pay the reward for every placement we make with your referred hiring manager for a period of 12 months from the date the first placed candidate starts work.
You confirm that you have obtained prior consent from the person you are referring for Talent Analytix to contact them and register their details for the purpose of further job placement/job-searching services for them.
