Bankside Recruitment (trading as Talent Analytix) is a specialist IT recruitment company, offering recruitment services to businesses in the IT, financial and banking, professional services, manufacturing and commercial industries.
Bankside Recruitment Limited (trading as Talent Analytix) is a UK based, privately owned and managed company. Our employees are not part of any group that is considered vulnerable to modern slavery in the UK.

Supply chains
Bankside Recruitment (trading as Talent Analytix) source candidates for permanent and contract positions for their clients, throughout EMEA, North America and APAC regions.

Due diligence
All Bankside Recruitment’s (trading as Talent Analytix) employees are responsible for preventing, detecting and reporting on any form of modern slavery within our business.
As an employer, we ensure that all our policies and procedures are followed to ensure that all our employees are treated fairly, equally and with dignity.
