Technical Recruiter

We are a specialist IT recruitment company, sourcing top candidates to businesses across the UK, Europe, United States and APAC regions. Our mission is to build world-class teams that enable business and IT professionals to achieve success. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for an IT Resourcer.

This role is a fast-paced and dynamic position and requires someone who is versatile and flexible. We offer an excellent commission structure along with the opportunity to progress with the company and make a real difference.

Resourcing Duties: -

• Use of various sources to source passive and active candidates for our clients, ie Online job boards, LinkedIn, Referrals
• Contribute to candidate pool and conduct screen calls to produce shortlists/submission for clients’ vacancies
• Input and maintain accurate data on to an ATS system
• Provide feedback and communicate with candidates on progression

Skills Required: -

• Minimum 6 months recruitment industry experience (preferably IT recruitment)
• Self-starter who can use their initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to plan and track efficiently
• Prioritise jobs according to urgency
