Our client an international IT/Cloud consultancy with offices globally are recruiting an IT Support Manager to join their team. The IT Support Manager will be the main customer liaison point across different accounts. They will build client relations, provide project solution configurations, and liaise with the internal tools team for new functionality.

  • Act as the interface between the client and the internal teams
  • Communicate changes and enhancements to the clients
  • Manage Application Support Specialist – providing coaching when required
  • Prioritize new client requests

Skills & Experience: -

  • Degree educated
  • Customer facing/client liaison skills required
  • 5 - 8 years supporting IT application experience
  • Excellent infrastructure knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Suites, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to collect and write requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Team management
  • Have problem prioritization and resolution skills
  • Contract to Hire opportunity
